An album for you all!

Ok so in honour of Erin posting her Ayu album a few weeks ago I thought I would follow suit and give you a little taste of some of my favorite albums, and by that I mean actually giving you the entire album :D
Ill get the ball rolling with a simply fantabulous album. 'Poses' by Mr Rufus Wainwright, my second favorite homosexual ! (After Willow :D)
I first heard of him flipping channels and stumbling across 'The Frank Skinner Show' (which i love) and Frank was going wild because one of his favorite artist was coming on. I watched the interview and was intrigued by him, but then he sand a song at the end, and well, it totally sucked! I was like, "Frank what are you going on about", and that was that. Then by a weird coincidence I flipped some more channels and came across a show called "Songwriters Circle' which is like a live music show featuring a single artist playing many songs, and lo-and-behold, it was Rufus again! For some reson (I really dont know why I gave him a second chance, except maybe that he seemed a really lovely fellow) I watch for over an hour and was totally captivated by his beautiful songs and even more beautiful voice. The first song I heard that time was the title track off this album 'Poses', and so thats why im going to give this album to you guys today. Coz its simply brilliant.
Please comment on what you guys think. The file is only about 70 MBs

Ill add some notes on the songs in the 'comments' section when I get the chance.

The greatest (and worst) night of my life

2 years ago one cold, cold morning, about 4AM I belive it was, I sat down to watch what I thought would be an exciting, if not rather one-sided, European Cup Final. My beloved Liverpool had managed to get past not only the glorious Juventus of Italy, but had, in what was the single greatest moment of my short life up until that point, beaten Chelsea in the semi-finals. So we were off to Istanbul to face Italian powerhouse AC Milan in the final. No chance, right? Well at half time, that was the story. no chance. So little chance, in fact... that I retired to my bedroom to have a little cry. Not seeing much point in returning, I eventually managed to return to the t.v maybe 20 minutes later, and to my, well lets say surprise....

Watch the Vid below for more information.

Advent Children = Cool

Ok People, keeping with my current Final Fantasy 7 obsession, Ive got to post on my love for the movie 'Advent Children'. If you have played the game, but havent yet seen the movie, I urge you to see it ASAP, because it could quiet possibly be the coolest thing ever to exist. (Notice I use the word 'possibly' :P) It is certainly the coolest thing in the FF Universe to date, and that includes Auron (who was ruined a bit for me after his apperance in Kingdom Hearts 2 - ive had to give him a big 'enough!'). On another note - has anyone as yet purchased a Wii, or PS3? If so let me know your impressions, and if I should wait, as is my want, many years till they are second hand and very cheap. Hey, it worked for the Gamecube, and I still enjoyed Metroid Prime as much as if i had broken the bank for it originally.

Back to Hell...

Ok so im also back playing 'Diablo II' again. For those of you who know me, they will remember how I have refused to play or even think about this game in a long, long time, as to do so would cause me great heartache, remembering my Uber-Necromancer (well not 'Uber' - only level 63 or so) who was lost for all time when my computer completely FRACKED on me. Let me know if you to play this awesome game. (Yes I know - FF7 *and* DII you ask... and yes, I *do* have too much time on my hands these days :P)

Terrible News B-Blogers.

Now there is a long and sordid backstory involving a lawsuit brough on New Line by Jackson, but still, i mean... Come On! Who else is there but PJ to do this movie??

Here is a link to more information

Sad Day for all! Thanks to Neil for bringing to light this information!

Final Fantasy Mad

Ok People...
Out of nowhere, out of the blue, out of my ass... I dont know where it has come from, but my GOD, has an all consuming Final Fantasy 7 passion hit my like a rock over the head, or an OmniSlash to the heart...
But Im gonna get to work on doing something FF7 related here as my first order of buisness. And if you have NOT played the game, FTLOG... go and get it right this second! WHATS WRONG WITH YOU!?!
Oh and it must have been the fact that i just watched Advent Children again that started it. Yes, yes that must have been it. Silly me!

The B-Blog Bids you welcome!

Ok people, dont get to excited! Just scopin this place out - will not be ready just yet. But its gonna be a place I can vent all frustrations on the lunacies of life. By that i mean, of course, I place where I can 'hone' the art of boring you all to death.
